I’ve always been curious. Curious about people. Curious about what shapes us, what helps us grow, and what makes us feel at home in the world.
As a child, I wanted to become a journalist because I loved stories and writing. Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t just want to tell stories—I wanted to sit with people, listen, and understand. I wanted to be part of the moments where stories change, grow, and become something new.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside. Nature is where I feel most like myself. I love camping, kayaking, and exploring new places, and my favourite mornings begin in a tent with a strong cup of coffee. There’s something about being outdoors that reminds me to slow down and pay attention—to myself, to the people I’m with, and to the world around me.
I’m also a bit of a book nerd. I usually have three books on the go at once, because apparently choosing just one book feels like too much commitment. I love learning, asking questions, and getting lost in a good story. I also have a slight obsession with ice cream—because some things in life are worth making room for (even if that means a little less room for dinner).
When I was 29, I moved to Canada without really knowing what I was looking for. What I found was home—not just a place, but a community. I found a sense of belonging through the people around me, and it reminded me how deeply we all need connection, acceptance, and spaces where we feel seen. That experience continues to shape how I see people and the importance of creating spaces where we feel welcomed and understood.
Wherever you are in your story, I hope you find a place here that feels warm, genuine, and welcoming. You don’t need to have everything figured out or have the perfect words ready. We are all shaped by the experiences we carry, and every person’s story is still unfolding.
I’d love to hear a little of yours.
