When we experience trauma, anxiety, depression, or overwhelming emotions, it can be easy to feel disconnected — from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us. Spending time in nature can create space to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and find moments of calm and grounding.
Nature has always been a place where I feel most grounded and connected. I love offering this different way of experiencing counselling — one that allows space for reflection, movement, and conversation while staying connected to the natural world. The outdoors can offer a place to pause, be with what we are carrying, and explore our experiences without needing to rush through them.
Sessions may take place on a forest trail, near a lake or river, or in another outdoor setting that feels supportive and accessible. Walk-and-talk sessions are 50 minutes long and available in select locations.
